Mrs. Careddu was one of the most beautiful and sweet person you every want to meet what I remember about her was that she loved the Italian club, making those Italian meals, loving her family children, grandchildren, great grand children daughter in laws and son in law, through ever good and bad situation,and teaching me and Sue how to make those delicious Italian Knot cookies and other cookies I can't remember the names for. Sue, I know what you are going through as you know I lost my mother just in August and I am not going to tell you it is going to be easy let me just say this God knows best for our mothers and loved ones she and my mother have fought a good fight for many years with their health.
