Many years ago Tom and Marie came to Beaverton for the wedding of their niece Susie , the daughter of Bobbi Hula, big sis to Marie. As with all events I recall with these sisters and their children, there is always lots of food and laughter. Bobbie decided to sneak out and go to the grocery store A.K.A. Fred Meyers. Bobbie was pushing her cart and SOME WOMAN kept bumping into her cart and Bobbi finally said "Will you watch out" in an angry manner and just looked at this woman for a few moments before she realized THE WOMAN was Marie...this story has been told countless of times when the sisters were together and it gets better and better each time. My memories of Marie: life, laughter and love...it showed in her emotions, in her face and in the hearts of all who know her. YOU will be missed....Patti Ely
