Dear Mrs. Helene Chubat & Family, Please accept my deepest and sincere sympathy on Kathleen's passing. When I saw the paper and Kathleen's picture, my heart skipped a beat, and was very saddened. I knew Kathleen through East Shore Health, I am the Fire Marshal / Deputy Chief in East Haven and worked on many cases with Kathleen. Kathleen was a very caring and sincere person.
