I worked with Kathleen for 8 years at the Health District. She a dynamic personality that would light up the room when ever she walked in. Kathleen could have had a successful career as an entertainer. She would sign, imitate and act out characters from movies all to the amusement of her coworkers. Many noon time lunches were spent laughing together until our stomachs ached. Kathleen was the most thorough and hard working employee I ever knew. She was detailed and persistent with her inspections and always resolved every problem with professionalism and vigor. I will miss her and the friendly demeanor she would convey.
